It’s time for my 3rd annual Halloween Photo Challenge! I can’t believe this will be my third year doing it. It’s grown stronger every year!
What is the challenge?:
Hugs back! Nothing I can share, but just having a little personal struggle. You just have to know when you hit the boundary of change for others and that it’s yourself that needs to do the change. I just needed to remind myself today. ;)
Rainbow Catnip Fish Knitted by me Loobylou Creations these little fishy are to be donated to RSPCA and Cats Protection to keep the cats company
So cute! May I ask where can I find the pattern?
psst - it’s an EA mesh - the sunflowers if I remember correctly
8) Yikes. I didn’t remember seeing it in the post, but I did take it from your cc so I always give credit. You’re still awesome! ;)
OMG, was she the girl from BadCoatSims bachelor challenge? I know she’s not BadCoatSims but I love to say her like that :3
Bahaha! Yes it’s Cherry Tobin that I made for bodacsims (Val’s) BC. TS3 had some fantastic hairs released in the past two weeks and I had to try them out. I really love the one with the shaved sides.
OMFG THIS LOOKS EVEN MORE PERFECT! Your skills are great
I’m getting better. I’ve been learning how to do composites and how to use the filters. It makes it so much easier to use PS when you understand what and how they actually work.
Yay! I love this :)
Thank you sweetie. Just something quick I finished up this morning. There’s more to come hopefully this week. How’s that for a teaser. lol
Cat in Clothes
Just a little something to get you in the mood for fall. Not that Coco approves, but putting clothes on a pet in art is so cute!
- 11 prints with 2 recolorable channels on the frame and compressed.
- *fixed* when I shot the presets I didn’t enable one of the channels but it’s fixed now. So you can recolor to your hearts content. ;)
- Mesh by the delicious baufive (what would we do without him)
- Art by Heather Mattoon
Do what you want with it after all it’s just pixels, but DO NOT re-upload, put on a pay website, or adfly.
* If you have any problems or where can I find questions, just let me know. I follow the tag Mspoodle and Mspoodle1 and would love to know how you use these. I hope you enjoy!
Alaa, an ambulance driver, feeds cats in Masaken Hanano in Aleppo. Alaa buys about $4 of meat everyday to feed about 150 abandoned cats in Masaken Hanano, a neighbourhood in Aleppo that has been deserted because of shelling from forces loyal to Syria’s President Bashar Al-Assad. Alaa said that he has been feeding and taking care of the cats for over 2 months.

Took a break for a little bit and changed the photos on my about page. The picture is some old photos spliced together with a lens flare. Snappy! ;)
Zoom Zoom! lol
I’ve been learning things in photoshop, so it’s been fun (can’t believe I’m saying this) testing things out on sim photos. Finally getting the hang of doing things myself and not relying on others photoshop actions.

oh my goodness!!!! this is amazing! :) THANK YOU! :) Your Dad and Grandparents are so adorable! And horseys! Basically, you had my dream childhood :) I would have been very scared of the beeds though !!! and pecans! yum!!! THANK YOU
My parents were/are really special (Dad passed in 2009). They both had a very difficult upbringing. Granddad was a genius at farming and could grow anything, but he had personal vices that he just barely overcame. He was an alcoholic and was basically a mean drunk (tons of stories, but that’s to share for another day). He quit drinking when Daddy was around the age of twenty. So later on instead of drinking, he immersed himself in gardening, hunting and fishing. The man was a fantastic fisherman. He could catch a bass fish anywhere. Mom had family issues as well, but they provided me and my sister a wonderful childhood that I am very blessed to have experienced. Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t all pink ponies and rainbows, but I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
Now let’s talk about the trains. (sorry for being so long winded here) Daddy was basically a big kid. He loved to tinker and building train layouts and model railroading was a huge hobby for him. I’m still finding trains all over the house. When I think I’ve discovered everything single thing he owned, I find a piece of track or n scale train (he had almost 5000 individual train pieces of all sizes). He was the president of the local train group and every year at Christmas they built a massive layout at the mall. Now everyone knows a little more about me. :)

Really nice pictures. Lovely family. :)
Thank you sweetie! ♥
aminovas wanted me to share a few pictures of my Daddy and Grandfather. I can’t find the one of them on the farm when Daddy was a teenager, but here’s what I found while doing some housecleaning. The top picture is the horse and pony we used to have (
is it bad that I blurred out my brother in law). The two pictures on the left are Daddy. He loved model trains and the other one is him inspecting a bee swarm. The picture on the bottom right is also of a bee swarm. He did the beekeeper thing because of the garden. You can kinda see the garden behind him in that left picture. I think he just had part of it tilled and was about to start planting. The middle right picture is of my Grandparents. I know you can’t see it very well, but everything behind that fence was something he was growing. Must have been 10 acres of everything imaginable. Seems like at the time of that picture he had some kind of fruit plant along the fence. It might have been figs or plums (it was probably both). Nope. I just enlarged the picture and its corn stalks behind that fence. He did have fruit and pecan trees, but it’s definitely corn.
Now back to housecleaning. :)
Good luck with your theme and real life stuff. <3 I need to redo my theme too (again, lol), but I don’t even know where to go to find nice ones. Your blog is looking great though. :)
Awe thank you! I think I finally got it organized and arranged for now. I liked my old theme, but it was just not customizable enough. This one I can put pictures and textures everywhere (logo, icons, background, sidebar, etc.) and have more choices for the color of basically everything. It has compatibility with disqus and a lot of other social things and (the big thing) it uses the Sound Cloud music player. I can even have snow if I wanted it. The theme is by Olle Ota Themes. They have a ton to choose from and best of all, they are all free.
